General Terms (Business ID: 1904579-4) is the online store of Prodiscus. The terms described here are used for services and products sold in the online store in the trade relationship between Prodiscus and its customer. We reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice. Orders will be subject to the terms of sale valid at the time of order placement on the website. We are not liable for damages caused by force majeure.

Ordering and Prices The best way to place orders for products is through our online store. When placing an order, the customer must provide us with complete contact information, including name, address, email address, and mobile phone number.

We use the mobile phone number to reach the customer in case of any issues. Posti (Finnish postal service) will send a notification of package arrival to the mobile phone, agree on the delivery time for home deliveries, or send a locker code via text message for packages ordered for pickup from a parcel locker. Do not discard the message sent by Posti, as you will need the code to collect the package. Posti will store the package for seven days after its arrival.

We will send an order confirmation to the email address, along with information about the shipment and tracking details when the order is dispatched.

At the time of placing the order, the customer agrees to the current delivery terms.

Product prices include value-added tax (VAT).

Payment Methods The online store uses payment methods provided by Paytrail.

Delivery Methods Domestic orders are sent through Posti. For the EU area, we use PostNord, and for deliveries outside the EU, FedEx handles the shipments.

If a ordered product is not available for some reason, we will inform the customer via email or phone. Product colors and prints may differ from the images on the online store.

Complaints, Exchange, and Return Conditions The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return according to Finnish consumer protection law. The right of return applies only to unused and resalable products in their original packaging.

Products can be returned either via Posti’s free customer return service or directly to the warehouse store. Prodiscus covers the return costs when the return is done according to our instructions.

Issues in Transport and Defective Products If a product has been lost or damaged during transportation, the customer must promptly notify the responsible transportation entity. The customer can inform us about the matter either by phone at 050-3572712 or by email at We will assist in resolving the matter if necessary.

Dispute Resolution Bodies If a dispute related to the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer can bring the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.

Before submitting the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the local register offices.
